Robert has been working as a lighting designer for almost two decades in all genres of the entertainment business. His diverse portfolio includes designs for Dance (605 Collective, Kidd Pivot, Nederlands Dans Theatre, Ballet BC, Science Friction, Movent, Ballet BC), Ceremonies (2011 & 2007 Canada Winter Games, 2012 Arctic Winter Games), Music (Rankin Family Canadian Tour, Barrage Vagabond Tails World Tour), Theme Parks (Legoland Orlando, Legoland California, Legoland Windsor, Dollywood), Television (2005 Grey Cup Halftime Show, 21st Annual Gemini Awards, Anne Murray: Friends & Legends) and Film (Catwoman, Deck the Halls).In addition to lighting, Robert has also branched out into production design – most notably as the Director of Design for Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2010 Vancouver Paralympic Winter Games.
