Company 605’s Artistic Co-director Josh Martin has worked with filmmaker David Cooper and lighting designer James Proudfoot to produce a movement-based short film, titled Brimming. A precursor to the full-length performance, this short work stems from the early creative process and was developed and choreographed specifically for film.

About the piece:
Created and performed by Company 605 Co-Director Josh Martin, this new solo work explores the body as a container, with its contents trapped inside its ever-changing frame. Brimming is about this shape we are in, how it holds us, and what might spill out of one’s self when the walls begin to bend.
